VexillumMedia LLC ("we," "us" or "our") operates this website. Vexflow is our business systems offering. These terms cover use of our website and inquiry form. Please read them before submitting an inquiry. Paid consulting, software development, implementation and managed services require a separately agreed written scope or service agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Inquiries and project agreements
Submitting the form asks us to follow up. It does not book an appointment, purchase a service, establish a paid engagement or guarantee acceptance of a project. We confirm scope, responsibilities, deliverables, access, fees, payment terms and any ongoing support in writing before work begins. Refunds, cancellations, ownership and service commitments are governed by that agreement and applicable law.
3. Responsible use
You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the information you submit. Provide accurate details and use the site lawfully. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records or confidential client records through the inquiry form. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material or use it to send spam.
4. AI, examples and results
Website demos use fictional data and illustrate possibilities. They are not live client systems or promised results. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and require appropriate human review. Nothing on this site guarantees revenue, leads, rankings, savings, compliance, uninterrupted service or a particular business outcome. Our general content is not legal, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.
5. Third-party platforms
Some services depend on third-party platforms, including hosting, CRM, messaging and integrations. Their availability, pricing, permissions and terms can change. We agree supported integrations and responsibilities in the project scope. We do not control third-party services and do not warrant their uninterrupted operation.

You may not republish or commercially exploit protected material without permission, except where law allows. Ownership and licenses for commissioned work are established in the project agreement. 8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VexillumMedia LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or data, arising from use of this website or its free informational materials.
For claims arising solely from this free website or inquiry process, our total aggregate liability is limited to US $100, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable signed service agreement; this website cap does not override that agreement.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability or statutory right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. If a limitation is unenforceable, it applies only to the maximum lawful extent. No wording on this site guarantees immunity from a claim.
9. Privacy and communications
